Job Opportunity: Business and Management Consultant
Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for strategic growth in the dental sector? Dentadvice Limited is seeking a skilled business and management consultant to lead our expansion efforts.
Hours of work: full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Area: London
You can work from home predominantly in this role, but you will need to go to the office at times for training and meetings.

Dentadvice Limited specialises in empowering dental clinics through strategic planning, organisational development, and tailored project management. Our services extend to expert guidance for Overseas Dental Care Professionals (ODCP) and comprehensive branding strategies for clinic success.
Responsibilities:
§ Drive strategic planning and organisational development initiatives for clinic management.
§ Provide project management services to enhance clinic operations.
§ Support clinics in staying updated with regulations and preparing for sector developments.
§ Offer expert guidance to ODCP navigating registration processes.
§ Streamline dental professionals’ career paths through specialised consultancy services.
§ Strategically plan and execute branding efforts and offer companies or individuals assistance in congress and seminar preparation.
§ Conduct in-depth market trend analysis and competitor insights for informed branding strategies.
§ Deliver detailed reports on the effectiveness of branding efforts for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, organisational development, and project management within the healthcare or dental industry
- In-depth understanding of regulations and developments in the dental care sector, with a focus on staying updated and ensuring compliance
- Strong consultancy skills to streamline career paths for dental professionals through personalised and effective consultancy services.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive branding strategies and in preparation for dental congresses or seminars for businesses in the healthcare or dental field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to changes in the regulatory landscape and industry trends, and proactively recommend adjustments to strategies accordingly
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to leverage a strong network in the healthcare industry, fostering connections and partnerships to drive business development at the company.
- Preferable: Proficient level of Turkish and the ability to freely travel to Turkey, Greece and Cyprus.
